FAQ
Q: I have a problem trying to (insert technical or web site problem here).
A: Please visit our Support page and look for the answers there. This is a general Q&A area.

Q: How do I become a subscriber and access your research?
A: Our favorite question! Please check out a description of our service offerings here or click the "i" in the upper right portion of the page to move directly to purchasing a subscription.

Q: I'm a reporter and need to contact you for a story under deadline
A: If anyone needs to contact us for any reason, please use our contact form.

Q: Why don't you have your e-mail addresses or phone number on the site?
A: We used to at our old site, but no matter what tricks we used they would be picked up by spammers. The contact form is the best way to contact us. We do not post a phone number as we prefer to answer questions electronically. Since we travel so much, the phone is not the best way to contact us quickly, anyway.

Q: Who are you? How long have you been doing this?
A: Both are good questions we are surprised more people don't ask. Check out information about our company and our research team at this link.

Q: Do you offer a free trial to your research?
A: No, we do not. We do have free samples and a great deal of other free content to help you get a sense of what we're about. Just choose the "Free Content" menu item above.

Q: I also publish paid content on the web and heard about your DRM/PDF protection system. Can I get more information?
A: You can have more than just information, we resell our system. It not only offers strong protection for PDFs, it contains an entire back-end subscriber management system that interfaces with credit card processing vendors like Authorize.net. For more information, use out contact form.

Q: Do you have a privacy policy?
A: Yes, you can view all our Terms and Conditions. To sum up our privacy policy, we don't share your information with anyone except to process your payment.

Q: I work for a biotech company and your research impresses me so much I'd like to hire you to write a report on my company.
A: We are sorry. We do no research for hire. We do not accept any consideration from the companies we cover in order to retain our independence.

Q: Are you the same guys that did Biotech Monthly (BTM)?
A: Yes. People didn't always realize we were more than your average newsletter shop or that we publish, on average, five research notes each week. We changed our name and the web site address in the hopes people would no longer think of us as a team that publishes only a monthly newsletter.

Q: I need to contact you for purposes of copyright and/ or the DMCRA.
A: All concerns about copyright can be sent to the address on our contact page.
